Leon H. – Innovations by Marble Automation

The Leon H. of Tbworkboats has reached a significant milestone with its successful first sea trials. This hybrid Multicat, built by Werft Shipbuilding, is a pioneer in the maritime sector, offering unprecedented capabilities for a variety of applications.

At Marble Automation, we take pride in our contribution to this innovative vessel. We supplied several essential systems that greatly enhance the functionality and safety of the Leon H.:

  • Alarm Monitoring and Control System (MS2080): This system provides effective monitoring of critical functions on board, such as pumps and other vital systems.
  • Unmanned Machinery System (MS31): This system enables safe and efficient operation of the machinery space without crew, increasing safety and operational flexibility.
  • Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System (MS421): This system ensures the navigational and operational safety of the vessel.
  • Alarm Signal Generator (MS601): This device offers reliable alarm functionality in critical situations.
  • 10-channel Alarm Unit (MS10): For comprehensive alarm monitoring and management.
  • MS225 Navigation Light Controller: This controller ensures optimal visibility and safety on the water by effectively managing the navigation lights of the vessel.

Additionally, we collaborated closely with Piet Brouwer Elektrotechniek to develop an advanced automation system for electric propulsion. This includes the integration of a battery container—a unique containerized energy storage system with shore converter capabilities—further enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the Leon H..

With these innovative technologies, the Leon H. positions itself as a leading vessel in the hybrid workboat industry, ready to make a significant impact in various maritime operations.
