Voor rederij Doeksen hebben Marble Automation en Piet Brouwer Elektrotechniek met succes een modern DC Power Management System ontwikkeld en ge\u00efnstalleerd aan boord van de veerboot Willem de Vlamingh.<\/div>\n

Als onderdeel van deze upgrade werd een batterijpakket van 900 kWh toegevoegd. Dit geeft het schip de benodigde vermogensflexibiliteit voor effici\u00ebnter en schoner varen. Twee Randax Permanent Magnet (PM) elektromotoren zijn door Piet Brouwer ge\u00efnstalleerd om samen te werken met de bestaande LNG-motoren. Tijdens de refit is het schip bovendien uitgerust met zes boegschroeven, wat de manoeuvreerbaarheid aanzienlijk verbetert.<\/div>\n

\"Willem<\/span><\/div>\n
Het DC Power Management System van Marble Automation zorgde ervoor dat alle systemen soepel en betrouwbaar konden samenwerken. Om het volledige systeem eenvoudig te bewaken en te bedienen, hebben we vijf HMI-schermen toegevoegd: \u00e9\u00e9n op de brug, twee aan elke scheepszijde, \u00e9\u00e9n in de DC-ruimte en \u00e9\u00e9n in de controlekamer. Zo heeft de bemanning altijd een helder en direct overzicht van de systeemprestaties.<\/div>\n

en temperatuurkritische componenten met hoge nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit te regelen.<\/span><\/div>\n

De volledige integratie van het DC Power-systeem zorgt ervoor dat alle stroomverbruikers aan boord \u2014 of het nu motoren, het AC-net of boegschroeven zijn \u2014 stabiele en voldoende energie ontvangen voor veilig en soepel varen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Om het systeem compleet te maken, hebben we alles ge\u00efntegreerd met de bestaande alarm- en monitoringsystemen<\/a>, zodat veilige operaties en een betrouwbaar vermogensoverzicht altijd zijn gewaarborgd.<\/div>\n

Laag in brandstofverbruik<\/span><\/h2>\n
Met al deze verbeteringen en de PTI\/PTO-mogelijkheden (Power Take In \/ Power Take Off) van de nieuwe PM-motoren verbruikt de Willem de Vlamingh nu aanzienlijk minder gas, waardoor de veerboot zowel duurzamer als economischer is geworden.<\/div>\n

Dit succesvolle project was een mooie samenwerking met verschillende sterke partners, waaronder Werft Shipbuilding, die het volledige refitproces heeft geleid.<\/div>\n

Klaar voor een groene toekomst<\/span><\/h2>\n
Dankzij het nieuwe DC-systeem en de hybride upgrade is de Willem de Vlamingh nu klaar voor een schonere en duurzamere toekomst.<\/div>\n
