Het vaartuig vaart onder Portugese vlag, is eigendom van Junquera Maritima en werd gebouwd bij de <a href=\"https:\/\/royaltshipyards.com\/\" target=\"_self\">Royal Thecla Bodewes Shipyard<\/a> in Kampen, Nederland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als onderdeel van de nieuwbouw was Marble Automation verantwoordelijk voor de levering en integratie van de automatiseringssystemen aan boord. De scope omvatte onder meer:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PLCs en I\/O cards<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Network switches en sconverters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15-inch maritiem goedgekeurde Exor-HMI\u2019s<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nood Telegraph (MS325)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze vormen de basis van een maatwerk Alarm Monitoring and Control System (AMCS), speciaal ontwikkeld voor dit project. Het AMCS biedt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een configureerbaar alarmmonitoringsysteem, aanpasbaar aan de operationele eisen van het schip<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een tankoverzicht dat eenvoudig kan worden geconfigureerd en bijgewerkt door de bemanning<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integratie met het UMS-systeem (Unmanned Machinery System) van het schip, inclusief MS2006-uitbreidingen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Volledige integratie van het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emerson.com\/nl-nl\/automation\/brands\/aventics\" target=\"_self\">Aventics<\/a>-ballast- en bilgesysteem, waardoor bediening en controle vanaf meerdere locaties aan boord mogelijk is<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het systeem is ontworpen voor betrouwbare dagelijkse operaties en biedt tegelijkertijd flexibiliteit voor bemanning en operators.
