Het nieuwe zelflossende cementcarrier Molvik is opgeleverd aan Eureka Shipping en uitgerust met automatiseringssystemen van Marble Automation. Voor dit vaartuig leverde Marble twee hoofdsystemen: het Alarm- en Monitoringsysteem en het Ballast- en Bilgecontrolesysteem.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beide systemen zijn ge\u00efntegreerd in \u00e9\u00e9n centraal platform en kunnen worden bediend vanaf drie bedieningsstations aan boord. Deze opzet geeft de bemanning volledig overzicht en controle tijdens alle operaties \u2014 van laden en lossen tot varen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alarm en Monitoring Systeem<\/b><\/h4>\n

Het Alarm- en Monitoringsysteem biedt een volledig overzicht van alle alarmen en condities aan boord. Het omvat volledige UMS-integratie met een nieuwe visualisatiepagina waarop alle details duidelijk worden weergegeven. De interface helpt de bemanning om precies te zien waar een alarm vandaan komt en snel te reageren.<\/span><\/p>\n

De integratie met de ABC-hoofdmotor maakt configureerbare sensorinstellingen mogelijk, waardoor engineers nauwkeurig inzicht krijgen in de prestaties van de motor. Tankniveaus, drukken en temperaturen worden allemaal binnen hetzelfde systeem weergegeven, wat een helder en eenvoudig overzicht biedt van de technische staat van het schip.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ballast- en Bilgecontrolesysteem<\/b><\/h4>\n

Het Ballast- en Bilgecontrolesysteem biedt directe bediening van meer dan 25 analoge en digitale afsluiters. De duidelijke visualisatie toont in \u00e9\u00e9n oogopslag de status van afsluiters, pompactiviteiten en tankniveaus. Daarnaast is het systeem ge\u00efntegreerd met het Ballast Water Treatment System.<\/span><\/p>\n

Door alle druk-, tank- en afsluitergegevens in \u00e9\u00e9n platform samen te brengen, kan de bemanning het schip snel en veilig balanceren en beheren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Full control!<\/b><\/h4>\n

De grootste kracht van de installatie ligt in de centralisatie. Beide systemen werken samen binnen \u00e9\u00e9n interface, die vanaf drie verschillende stations aan boord kan worden bediend. Dit biedt flexibiliteit voor zowel de dagelijkse operaties als voor onderhoud.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tijdens het project werkten de engineers van Marble Automation nauw samen met Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology en de werf om ervoor te zorgen dat het systeem naadloos aansluit bij het ontwerp en de workflow van het schip. Het resultaat is een installatie die stevige controle en heldere visualisatie biedt \u2014 zonder onnodige complexiteit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
